This is an exciting time for AccessibilityOz!! We have not only recently marked our 7th year in business, but we have also received several international awards highlighting our expertise in accessibility and web development.
We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the Best Accessibility Company of the Year – New York, USA by Corporate USA Today as a part of their Global Awards 2018 competition. The Corporate USA Today Awards strive to be the world’s most coveted and complete awards programs, taking votes from more than 163 countries globally. The awards recognize dedication to excellence on the global stage.
Also, we were pleased that our development expertise was recognized with the website we designed for The Office of the Developmental Disabilities Ombuds (DD Ombuds), which won two bronze-level awards for the categories of Health & Human Services and Advocacy / Non-Profit websites by Horizon Interactive Awards.
The Office of the Developmental Disabilities Ombuds is a private, independent office focused on improving the lives of persons with developmental disabilities in Washington State. The team is comprised of staff experienced in serving the needs of people with developmental disabilities.
The Horizon Interactive Awards is an international competition which recognizes, promotes and awards the best web sites, videos, online advertising, print media and mobile applications. Each year, the awards committee receives thousands of entries from all over the world.
We were also recognized by the Interactive Media Council (IMC) for our design of the DD Ombuds website as well. We received the Best in Class Award for the Nonprofit category.
The IMC’s Interactive Media Awards is a competition that recognizes the highest standards of excellence in website design and development and honor individuals and organizations for their outstanding achievement. The IMC is a nonprofit organization of leading web designers, developers, programmers, advertisers and other web-related professionals.
